Heidi And Spencer’s ‘Torture Chamber’ Looks More Like Luxury Camping

MG what a surprise! Unfortunately for them NBC forced the pair to endure a night in a labeled “torture chamber” near the camp. To you and me the word torture chamber might conjure images of a really horrible setting — but for Heidi and Spencer sleeping on sheets with a thread count of less than 1000 is probably enough to unnerve. Anyways after spending a night in “the dark room” — and only allowed beans rice and water (shocking!) — the duo have quit once more alleging that they were really tortured. According to the new shot above that looks to me like a cabin with an earthen floor.

June 7 Summer Camp News and Notes
Burnt range Nation
All snark aside the news from the weekend was a mixed bag — some good news some bad news. First with the bad news. The first summer camp was supposed to be a major opportunity to get several major recruits back to Austin to let them bond with the rest of the class. For Lache Seastrunk that never happened. With recent visits to Auburn leaving Seastrunk raving about the small town in Alabama the hopeful storyline was that Seastrunk would visit and be reminded why he has long had Texas high on his list. Right now it’s unclear why Seastrunk did not attend as expected but his absence speaks volumes about his current priorities.

Time heals all old camping wounds
Bangor Daily News
A year ago when I embarked on just such an adventure none of those things happened. Well ? maybe one did. I can?t recall anybody actually bleeding (but it was raining so hard I?m not sure I would have noticed). Still there were enough pitfalls (have I mentioned the rainstorm and the resulting mud?) that I spent much of those camping excursions asking myself a very basic question.
