and four times I’d come away swearing “never again”. The appeal of camping has always eluded me. But peer pressure from sick tent-loving pals has resulted in many a nightmare weekend feeling every bump of the (always) drenched field sandwiched unable to move between a snoring husband and daughter checking my watch every 30 minutes hour after hour after hour.
