Pierce County deputy says camping death not suspicious

- Pierce County sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer says investigators have found nothing suspicious in the death of a camper. They were looking into the case because the man’s body was found in the back of a pickup truck Sunday in Enumclaw. A woman driving the truck had stopped to ask for help. She said her husband passed out while they were camping and she loaded him in the truck to drive to a hospital. Medical examiners are still waiting for test results to determine cause of death.
