The traditional summer camp of the YMCA Camp Tracy is located on 32 acres on McGrath Pond in akland and programs are coordinated out of the Alfond Youth Center on North Street. Founded in 1962 the camp is held for children in grades one-eight in five sessions and the cost is $225 per camper. Scholarships are available for those meeting eligibility requirements. “Even though expenses have gone up we have worked to keep the cost of the camp the same” said camp Director Chuck Karter.
