Yes that is Mike White the former head football coach for both Cal and the akland Raiders. At 71 White will spend the summer in a tent like all other staffers.

Park River Bible Camp like Red Willow Bible Camp near Binford N. is affiliated with the ELCA’s Eastern North Dakota Synod which includes about 100000 members in 239 congregations. But the camps each are independent corporations supported mostly by a few local congregations and individuals. Under Quanbeck the camp has gone from being just a local ministry to one that is known and recognized across the state and into Minnesota.
